- Highly competent pre-sales engineering, with expertise in RF planning, IP network design and integration, and mobile data applications
- Comprehensive post-sales professional services, including wireless network installation, deployment and post-sales support and maintenance, and at least one engineer on staff trained by Tropos
- A firm understanding of the Tropos Networks vision and the ability to drive it to new customers and market segments
- Established relationship with Troposphere distributor
