• Experience selling and installing outdoor wireless IP networking systems and integrated public safety, mobile computing and/or public access solutions
• Vertical market expertise selling into public safety agencies, municipalities, service providers and/or carriers
• Highly competent pre-sales engineering, with expertise in RF planning, IP network design and integration, and mobile data applications
• Comprehensive post-sales professional services, including network installation, deployment and post-sales support and maintenance
• A firm understanding of the Tropos Networks vision and the ability to drive it to new customers and market segments
